These are heavy, quality Italian glass. I use them for juice, but they're probably meant for whiskey on the rocks, very attractive and comfortable to hold.
Perfect size January 10, 2010

I first found these on sale at T. J. Maxx and picked them up as the perfect size for an Old Fashioned. They are the perfect size as it is impossible now to find a rocks glass that is smaller than 8 ounces anymore. I just don't need that much to drink! I bought some more on Amazon because they're glass and eventually break. Each time I use them, I'm tempted to buy a few more boxes worth, as I want these to be in my glassware collection for the rest of my life. They are clean, simple and beautiful with a heavy bottom and a lovely curve to the bowl of the glass.

I love these glasses because water can't pool in the bottom of them in the dishwasher. Amazon packed them well and all arrived in good shape.

I ordered two sets of six. When they arrived, three were broken. The packaging was poor. The two boxes were placed in a third oversized box without any packing which allowed them to move freely. Amazon was quick to replace them, but when the replacement arrived, all were broken, so I canceled half of the order. The glasses that arrived unbroken were excellent.

I bought these glasses based on the reviews and the price, but I wish now that I had paid closer attention to the reviewer who specifically pointed out that they arrived broken. They are still sending these glasses packed insufficiently. The box that I received is obviously full of broken glass and I'm not interested in even opening it and dealing with the glass. I will NEVER order glasses online again. I love Amazon.com and order A LOT from them, but this was a dumb purchase on my part. Usually they pack things well, but they packed these glasses with another item and in a box that was too big - allowing the item to move about too much (my guess). They had some of the plastic air bags, but it wasn't enough.
