5 out of 5 stars Excellent, But Fragile   August 29, 2008

I haven't had a problem with these, and love 'em! I haven't broken one yet (knock wood!). I do wash them gently by hand, am extremely mindful to handle them with care, and don't add sugar (i.e., no spoons stirring in the cups). They hold two shots ("dopio"), keep the espresso hot for a reasonable amt. of time (I pre-heat mine under hot water prior to brewing), and look the business! There's something about seeing the espresso churn in the cup (i.e., looks just like Guinness being drawn from the tap in pint glasses) and seeing the meniscus of the espresso and the crema on top that is highly appealing! I've got a set of these, a set of Bodum Pavina's (good also, but no handle and only good for a single "solo" shot), and Bodum Paula's as well (ok, and also hold only a solo, but are not glass). I'd buy these again...recommended.

The double lined glass wall id perfect for hot coffee.
It stays hot longer with this design.
You will also not burn your hands if you touch the sides.
I recommend.

Love these glasses! They don't sweat and they look really nice on the table. Light weight and durable - highly recommend.

5 out of 5 stars Really cool glasses   May 15, 2009

These espresso glasses are a great buy. They're like Tervis tumblers, only made of glass. They keep the coffee hot longer and are cooler to the touch than regular ceramic cups. I'll be buying others in different sizes.

5 out of 5 stars Nice product   December 25, 2009

Very nice quality, simple yet elegant. Make sure before you buy these that you know what 4 ounces is - this cup is for espresso. You can not make a cappucino or anything else in this.
